Cancellation Policy
CANCELLED/ RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We understand that scheduled adjustments come up therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice, less than 24 hours noticed you will be charged 50% fee of the scheduled service.
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS:
If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
